Following securing a new project, we have been appointed by a reputable Perth Building Contractor to source a Project Manager as a new member to this growing team. The successful Project Manager will be the no 1 lead on a $24m new build mixed-use project of 7 stories consisting of luxury apartments, commercial tenancies and childcare near the Perth CBD.
Working in a dynamic team under relatively young management, this company offers flexible working arrangements, no set hours, working from home as required and zero micromanagement! In return, the staff who work here uphold high standards and don’t tolerate incompetence in their teams.

For an opportunity to work in this fantastic company that is clearly going places, you need to satisfy the following criteria:
- 10+ years commercial building experience with head contractors
- Multi storey experience
- Recent new build project experience $5 – 80m
- Evidence of total project control including program, cost, risk, client engagement
- Experience in either apartments, aged care, accommodation, commercial, retail or industrial
- Trade or tertiary educated
- Site manager or contract administrator background
- In Perth or enroute within 4 weeks
- Australian Working Rights
