He found the transition to construction recruitment seamless as he can relate easily to industry professionals and subsequently spent 20 years working for only 2 recruitment agencies where he specialised in the Building Construction & Property sectors. This stable employment background provided him a network of repeat business and a solid foundation to fulfill his ambition of owning his own recruitment business, Infracon Australia.
Neil’s nationwide network covering the Building and Property sectors, allows him to service the entire property lifecycle from front end client-side organisations, through design development, construction delivery and maintenance. As a co-founder of Infracon Australia, Mike brings 20 years of construction industry experience, and over 10 years of infrastructure recruitment experience across Australia providing technical professionals in the civil, mechanical, electrical, and SMP sectors predominantly.
