Starting out his career as a qualified Civil Engineer in South Africa and the UK, Neil developed strong site based technical experience working for Tier 1 Contractors on large scale civil engineering projects. He found the transition to construction recruitment seamless as he can relate easily to industry professionals and subsequently spent 25+ years working for only 2 recruitment agencies where he specialised in the Building Construction & Property sectors. This stable employment background provided him a network of repeat business and a solid foundation to fulfill his ambition of owning his own recruitment business, Infracon Australia.

Neil’s nationwide network covering the Building and Property sectors, allows him to service the entire property lifecycle from front end client-side organisations, through design development, construction delivery and maintenance. Neil believes in doing what he says he’s going to do, he operates with integrity, honesty, professionalism and goes the extra mile to ensure his clients and candidates are provided with the best recruitment service they’ll ever experience.

Outside of work Neil's time is either spent with his family, running ultra marathons or on the rugby field as a volunteer Rugby Coach at Scarborough Wests Rugby Union Club and RWA Referee.
