Project Manager - Marine | Civil Construction | $50M+ Project

We are seeking an experienced Civil Project Manager to lead the delivery of a major $50M+ marine and civil infrastructure project with a construction program exceeding two years.
The role will initially be office-based in SEQ for approximately 2-3 months, overseeing mobilisation, planning, procurement and pre-construction activities before transitioning to site on a 2 weeks on / 1 week off FIFO roster.
The project involves significant marine construction, dredging and complex civil works, including:
- Marina and waterway dredging
- Management and placement of up to 900,000 m³ of dredged material
- Onshore bunds and civil works
- Sediment treatment and management
- Water management and environmental controls
- Marine debris removal
- Potential treatment, disposal and beneficial reuse of materials
You will be an experienced Civil Project Manager with a strong background in marine construction, ideally having delivered complex marine, dredging, coastal or associated civil infrastructure projects valued at $50M+.

You will bring:
- Proven major project delivery experience
- Strong commercial, programming and cost-control capability
- Experience managing subcontractors, suppliers and project teams
- Strong client and stakeholder management skills
- A practical, hands-on approach to project delivery
- The leadership capability to take ownership and drive project outcomes
