The Role –  Project Engineer
You will have:

• Hands-on across marine piling, construction experience
• Adaptable and versatile
• Key role as the business grows — real influence early
• Clear career pathway as they scale into the future
• Flexibility to do some Saturdays at times (10% uplift does apply) 

About You:

• Degree Qualified (Civil/ Structural or Construction Management)
• Minimum 3 years' experience within the piling & marine construction industry
• Possess a high level of organisation to ensure project milestones are met
• Sound project scheduling, cost control, and reporting capabilities
• Outstanding communication skills and ability to develop rapport with stakeholders
• Experience working for Tier 2 and Tier 3 contractors
• MUST have valid working rights for Australia

Package

• $130k – $160k + super + uplift for Saturday works
