Already in a good commercial role but open to hearing about something better?
We are currently representing several National Head Contractors and Tier 1 contractors with high-quality opportunities for experienced Quantity Surveyors, Contracts Administrators and Senior Contracts Administrators.
These are not entry-level positions — they offer exposure to major projects, strong pipelines of work and competitive packages up to $235k.
CURRENT OPPORTUNITIES
WHV 417 Working Holiday Visas accepted, subject to being in Perth now, ideally with local experience.

National Head Contractor | WA Mining & Resources
Up to $235k p.a. - Quantity Surveyor / Contracts Administrator – Perth CBD
National Head Contractor | Mining & Resources
Up to $220k TRP - Senior Contracts Administrator – Perth CBD
National Head Contractor | Mining & Resources
Up to $210k TRP - Senior Contracts Administrator – Perth Eastern Suburbs
Tier 1 Contractor | $350M+ Major Highway Upgrade
Up to $230k TRP
- Tertiary qualified in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Civil Engineering or related discipline
- Strong QS and/or Contracts Administration experience
- Head contractor / Tier 1 experience highly regarded
- Mining, resources, civil infrastructure or major projects experience
- Strong commercial, contractual and subcontract management skills
- MUST have Valid Australian working rights
