- $110K-$135K + Super + $20K Car + Uplift
LAND SURVEYOR to become HYDROGRAPHIC SURVEYOR
We're looking for experienced Land Surveyors with a strong civil construction background who want to develop into Hydrographic Surveyors on marine construction and dredging projects across Australia.
You don't need hydrographic experience — we'll help you build it.
What matters is your technical surveying ability, construction experience and willingness to learn and put in the work.

- Marine Construction & Dredging Contractor
- Full-time FIFO across Australia
- $110K–$135K + Super + $20K Car Allowance + Uplift
We're looking for experienced Land Surveyors with a strong civil construction background who want to develop into Hydrographic Surveyors on marine construction and dredging projects across Australia.
You don't need hydrographic experience — we'll help you build it.
What matters is your technical surveying ability, construction experience and willingness to learn and put in the work.
What We're Looking For
- 5–7 years' surveying experience, ideally with a civil contractor
- Surveying qualification / TAFE or similar
- Strong experience with Total Stations, Digital Levels & GNSS
- 12d or similar software experience
- Experience with Trimble MC / Topcon 3D MC or similar
- Mobile laser scanning experience advantageous
- Drone/UAV experience advantageous – not essential
- Practical, hands-on approach and strong work ethic
- Flexibility to work FIFO across Australia
- Have a growth mindset, positive attitude and a team approach
- $110K–$135K + Super
- 10–25% Project Uplift dependent on projects and rosters
- Up to $20K Car Allowance
- FIFO from major East Coast cities preferred
- 20/10 & 2/1, 8/6 rosters, depending on project requirements – flexibility is a must!
