- HSE experience across civil construction and infrastructure
- Experience working with Tier 1 and/or Tier 2 contractors
- A stable employment and project history
- A strong local Australian or New Zealand project portfolio

- The ability to work effectively with project teams, site leadership and subcontractors
- Australian working rights
