Commercial Manager | Civil Infrastructure & In-Ground Services
An outstanding opportunity exists for a dynamic and motivated Commercial Manager to join a rapidly expanding WA business unit of a well-established national subcontractor delivering specialist in-ground services to Australia's leading Tier 1 contractors and blue-chip clients.
You'll take ownership of a diverse portfolio of projects ranging from $5M to $100M, within private sector, and public sector including high-profile Defence and Aviation projects driving commercial performance, contract management, risk mitigation and client outcomes while helping shape the future growth of the WA business.
As the project portfolio continues to expand, you'll also play a key role in building and leading the commercial team.

Location & Salary
This role is a Perth-based role, located near Perth Airport on a Monday- Friday basis, with flexibility around work hours and WFH options, particularly in the short term.
Our client is open to an experienced Senior Contracts Administrator seeking the next step in their career or an established Contracts/ Commercial Manager ready for a new challenge in a niche sector. As such the range for the salary is between $180,000 - $240,000 + Super subject to the experience and suitability.

- Tertiary qualifications in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Construction Management or similar.
- Minimum 10+ years' Australian commercial experience working with or for Tier 1 civil contractors.
- Strong expertise in contract administration, commercial management, claims, variations and project financial performance.
- Proven ability to build relationships with clients, subcontractors and project teams.
- A commercially astute leader looking to make a genuine impact in a high-growth environment.
- Best suited to a con-corporate, proactive and hands-on commercial manager that has the energy and appetite to work with difficult clients, and be part of the foundation WA team that will shape the future of the WA business for years to come.
