Supervisor- Piling & Foundations

With the award of several high-profile piling contracts in Perth and a strong, secured pipeline of piling and foundation works across multiple sectors in Western Australia, we are seeking a motivated, career-minded Senior Supervisor/Superintendent with a strong piling and foundations background on major projects.

This role is a full-time and permanent position located in Perth and will suit the adventurous and career-driven piling specialist seeking to relocate* to Perth.

About You:
In order to be successfully shortlisted, you will need to fulfill the following criteria:

• Minimum 10 years of relevant industry experience, with 5+ years of supervision/ management working for a piling subcontractor.
• Strong technical exposure across a wide range of piling & ground engineering, including CFA, Bored, Concrete/ Steel Piles, Diaphragm Walls etc.
• Excellent communication skills, work ethic and ability to build positive relationships within your team and stakeholders.
• Valid working rights in NZ/ Australia – Citizenship preferred.

Opportunities + Salary
In return, you will have the opportunity to work on major projects for clients across a diverse range of sectors in a secure, long-term role. Annual Salary package between $250,000 - $300,000, with relocation support available and company benefits. Commensurate with experience.
