- Permanent, full-time position
- Strong project pipeline across the South Pacific and beyond
- Degree in Engineering, Construction Management or similar
- 2+ years’ experience in civil or construction projects (ideally within smaller or mid-tier contractors)
- Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships on-site
- A resilient, adaptable mindset with a genuine sense of adventure
- Willingness to commit to a 4:2 FIFO lifestyle
- Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident [Essential]
- $90K – $125K + Super (Subject to experience)
- Generous site uplift
- LAHA up to $500/week (tax-free)
- $20K car allowance
- All flights, accommodation, visas and travel covered
