Site Manager - Perth

A Site Manager is required to run a newly awarded $45m 6 level multi-storey commercial project near Perth’s CBD for a large National Building Head Contractor. This builder has strong subcontractor relationships because they pay their subbies on time.
This new project is set up to succeed with a 55 week program Monday to Friday and as the lead no 1 Site Manager you will also have support of a Structures Supervisor. Working in a dynamic Perth team under relatively young management, this company has zero micromanagement. In return, the staff who work here uphold high standards and don’t tolerate incompetence in their teams.
The Site Manager needs to satisfy the following criteria:
Salary guide: $200 - 260k pkg (commensurate with experience)

The Site Manager needs to satisfy the following criteria:
- 7+ years commercial building experience with head contractors
- Multi storey experience essential
- Recent new build project experience value $30 – 150m
- Trade or tertiary educated
- Good Structures Project Engineers or Supervisors ready for the step up are also encouraged to apply
- In Perth or enroute within 4 weeks
- Australian Working Rights
Salary guide: $200 - 260k pkg (commensurate with experience)
