Site Manager - Perth

We have been appointed by a reputable Tier 2 Building Contractor in Perth to source a Site Manager as a new member to this growing business. Following recent award of this $32m new build commercial project, this Head Contractor is hiring the lead Site Manager for this project which is just 10mins from the CBD.
Typical projects here include commercial, mixed-use apartments, leisure and hospitality sectors ranging from $10 – 100m. Working in a dynamic team under relatively young management, this company has zero micromanagement. In return, the staff who work here uphold high standards and don’t tolerate incompetence in their teams.

Salary guide: Late $100k’s to mid 200k’s (commensurate with experience)

For an opportunity to work in this fantastic company that is clearly going places, the Site Manager needs to satisfy the following criteria:
- 8+ years commercial building experience with Head Contractors
- Trade background advantageous, tertiary educated considered
- Recent new build or heavy refurb project experience, values $10 – 100m
- A strong Site Supervisor looking to become a Lead Site Manager will also be considered
- In Perth or enroute within 4 weeks
- Australian Working Rights
