About the Opportunity
With a recent award of a $100m infrastructure project in Darwin, we are seeking a motivated Senior Quantity Surveyor / Senior Contracts Administrator to work on a FIFO roster on a project that has a 2 year program.

Skills and attributes required in this role include;
  • Tertiary Qualified (Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Engineering etc)
  • Minimum of 8 years local (Australian) experience
  • Exposure to civil construction projects
  • Ability to prepare and manage subcontract progress payment claims, variations to subcontractors, contractual claims and final accounts etc
  • Ability to prepare monthly site and project wide financial reports
  • Prior FIFO experience advantageous
  • Willing to work FIFO 2&1 roster from QLD, NSW, VIC OR WA as point of hire

Aside from the attributes above, we are seeking a well-rounded personality who has the capability to deal confidently with clients directly at times, build solid relationships with both internal and external stakeholders and have a proactive attitude that will help you assimilate to the company culture.

Subject to your experience, salary range is $150,0000 - $180,000 + Super with a site allowance of 20% applicable,
