Senior Project Manager / Project Director - Perth

A reputable Tier 1 Building Contractor in Perth has appointed us to recruit a Senior Project Manager / Project Director for a secured high profile $200m+ project. This employer of choice also has an exciting Tier 1 project pipeline in the inner city and surrounding suburbs of Perth on high-rise projects to 30 stories including student accommodation, luxury apartments, defence and health.
  
We are looking for a driven, energetic and enthusiastic Senior Project Manager / Project Director, someone who has previous Tier 1 or large Tier 2 Contractor experience in commercial building, ideally with multi storey experience. Future career opportunities are also on the horizon in the form of a Construction Manager role.
  
Criteria for the Senior Project Manager / Project Director:

• 15+ years commercial building experience
• 10+ years experience on Tier 1 or large Tier 2 projects
• Employment longevity as a Senior Project Manager, Project Director or Construction Manager
• Tertiary Qualified advantageous
• The right to work in Australia

  
Salary guide: $300 - 400k pkg (commensurate with experience)
