Working within the client organization on building and infrastructure projects to $300m in Perth, the client-side Senior Project Manager will have full responsibility for their project/s from feasibility, through design development to construction delivery. This high-profile facility is known for their funky building and infrastructure projects using cutting edge technology in a rewarding environment where all ideas are supported, providing the staff great job satisfaction. This is a self-managing role where work-life balance is encouraged, often enforced!
  
Criteria for the client-side Senior Project Manager:
  

• 10+ years commercial building experience
• 8+ years experience as a Client-side Project Manager
• Up and coming Project Managers who are ready to step up to senior are also encouraged to apply
• Tertiary Qualified
• Strong commercial acumen
• The right to work in Australia
• Perth based or enroute
