About our Client
As an established mid-tier civil contractor with a strong portfolio of project works across infrastructure, water, energy and mining services, our client is going through a sustained period of growth and are looking to engage a motivated Senior Project Engineer (Civil) for mine site infrastructure works in the Pilbara.

With the initial project a multidisciplined package involving construction, civil and services works, this is a permanent  and long-term opportunity to go back to back with the project manager and ultimately to move into a PM role yourself.

We are seeking a motivated civil Senior Project Engineer looking for a challenging and rewarding career opportunity with a truly dynamic, and growing civil contractor.

About You
You will have extensive experience working for tier 1 or tier 2 civil contractors, with strong track record in the delivery of process/ non-process infrastructure works on mine sites.  
We are specifically looking for engineers that can fulfil the following criteria:

• Tertiary Qualified (Engineering or Construction Management or equivalent)
• 5 – 8 years relevant industry experience working in civil construction
• Previous FIFO experience in the Pilbara is highly advantageous.
• Ideally broad experience working in infrastructure, civil works, building works, camp/ accommodation works etc.
• Sound project scheduling, cost control, and reporting capabilities
• Outstanding communication skills and ability to develop rapport with internal and stakeholders
• Willing to work on a 2&1 roster

Please note, our client is seeking Civil Engineers with significant exposure to hard-dollar contracting and a deep practical understanding of working for civil contractors.

Salary will be based on your experience, and the range provided is $160,000 - $180,000  + Super + 30% Uplift.
