About the Opportunity
With this major, complex infrastructure project underway and the construction team growing to match the delivery program, we are seeking an experienced Senior Civil Supervisor with extensive major roads/ highways and strong technical understanding of pavement construction.

About You

• Minimum of 10 years as a Supervisor within the civil construction industry on Tier 1 projects in Australia
• Be able to demonstrate strong road construction experience including pavements, earthworks, drainage etc, ideally in a self-performing environment
• Professional attitude with a positive approach
• Strong organisational and communication skills with the ability to prioritise tasks
• Attention to detail with a concern for accuracy
• A commitment to Health, Safety and Environment
• MUST Valid working rights in Australia
• Must show good tenure in past employment with Tier 1 and large tier 2 Contractors
