About the Company
As a well-established civil contractor with a broad range of clients within the public and private sector, they have evolved into a major force in the metro civil construction sector. With strong relationships with various clients, their workload is increasing significantly within their utilities business. This growth has seen the need for a motivated and dynamic OHS Advisor/ Safety Advisor to work across their metro portfolio of civil projects.

About the Opportunities
With multiple contracts recently awarded, you will be reporting into the Project Manager, with your primary responsibility being to provide HSEQ advice and support to project teams ensuring compliance, risk awareness, training, incident investigations and continuous improvement.   

About You
To be considered for this role, you will have:
  • Minimum Cert IV in Occupational Health and Safety;
  • Over 3 years’ experience working as an OHS Advisor in civil construction;
  • ESSENTIAL to have experience working on urban infrastructure projects (Not just mining/ resources)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • Proficiency with MS Office applications, including Excel, Word and Outlook;
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to work under pressure.
  • Current Drivers Licence.
