QA Engineer / Quality Manager

A Perth Building Contractor has engaged us to source a QA Engineer / Quality Manager with commercial building experience for a Perth based multi-storey project. This $50m+ new build/refurb project runs through until mid 2021 and hence this role will be on contract until May 2021, starting immediately. With the client on this project being a well-known blue chip company, there are high expectations around quality and hence we’re looking at adding a QA Engineer / Quality Manager to the team.
As the QA Engineer / Quality Manager you will be in control of all quality aspects on this high profile project; from permit applications, QA/QC, RFI’s, documentation & drawing record control, as builts. You will need great people skills, good communication skills and soft client skills to deliver this project as a team, interfacing with the client, your team and sub-contractors. Experience on metro new build, refurbishment or fitout projects will be essential on this project.
In order to be considered for the role your resume MUST demonstrate the following strict criteria:
  • Minimum 2+ years working on commercial building projects recently
  • Minimum 2+ years working as a QA Engineer / Quality Manager
  • The Right to Work in Australia
  • Available to start within 2 weeks
