Our client, a boutique property development company has retained us to source a Property Manager for their Perth office. Their main focus is on the ‘owner occupier’ apartment market within mixed use developments and they have developed several large scale high-rise apartment developments in Perth. With over half a billion dollars on the books, they are one of the largest privately owned property developers in Western Australia.
Tasks & responsibilities of the Property Manager include;
Salary guide $75 - 90k package (commensurate with experience)

Tasks & responsibilities of the Property Manager include;
- Property Management for unsold stock (coordination of vacant sales inspections / defects / cleaning)
- defect coordination of developing stock
- handover packs for clients and inspections
- upon handover, training / induction for purchaser to the building
- strata handover and ongoing defect / property administration
- general admin for property related items
- ensuring that the builder is attending to client’s detects
- property management for a few leased properties (+/-15 apartments) including vetting applications, rental inspections etc.
- Minimum 5+ years’ experience in residential property management / real estate
- Relevant property management courses and accreditations
- Experience working in residential property sales, property development or real estate
- Right to work in Australia
- Perth based or enroute within 4 weeks
