About the Company & Role
As a well-established and privately-owned civil contractor with clients across the infrastructure, mining and energy sector, our client is going through a period of sustained growth, and have engaged us to source a versatile, pragmatic and ambitious project manager that will be capable of moving into an operational management role in the short-medium term.
About You
You will be hands-on, pragmatic and adaptable above all. With a small leadership group, we are seeking those willing to roll their sleeves up and work collaboratively towards a common goal, and take pleasure and pride in growing a company, and support the evolution of policies, procedures, and systems as they continue to grow.

Other key criteria to be considered are;
  • Ideally Tertiary Qualified (Engineering, Construction Management etc.)
  • Minimum of 15 years industry experience, 5 years in project/ package management
  • Strong background in bulk earthwork projects, mine infrastructure
  • Able to demonstrate successful execution of projects $1m - $10m in value
  • Experience in tendering/ estimating highly advantageous
  • Willing to DIDO from Perth (Mon-Fri, with flexibility to do additional days over weekend as required and receive time in-liu)
  • Those already living in the Southwest, or looking for that lifestyle change by are actively encouraged to apply.

You will have the opportunity to join a progressive and growing business. As they continue to grow, you will bring your experience and project management skills to the existing portfolio of projects, and be moving into an operations manager role as they pick up new projects. 

Your salary will be $200,000 + Super + Full Maintained Vehicle, Fuel Card, Laptop, Mobile Phone. Fully catered accommodation on site is also provided during the week.
