Planning Engineer – Perth Metro | Consulting + Long-Term Secondments
$140,000 – $160,000 + Super + Bonus | Perth Metro (No FIFO)

With a diverse service offering and ongoing growth, we’re seeking an experienced Planning Engineer to play a key role in supporting high-profile civil and mining infrastructure projects across the Perth metro area.
About the Role:
Working in a consulting environment, you’ll be embedded within client teams on long-term secondments, providing expert planning and scheduling support across key project phases. You’ll work closely with project managers, engineers, and commercial teams to deliver accurate, timely, and strategic project controls insights.

What You’ll Bring:
- Proven experience in client-facing planning roles within civil or mining infrastructure delivery environments
- High proficiency with Primavera P6 and sound understanding of baseline and progress planning functions
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage confidently at all levels
- Demonstrated ability to build positive relationships with clients and project stakeholders
- Professionalism, initiative, and a collaborative mindset
- $140k – $160k + Super (commensurate with experience)
- Perth metro–based projects only – no FIFO required
- Exposure to diverse, high-profile projects and Tier 1 clients
