Lead Contract Administrator

An ‘employer of choice’ Tier 2 Building Contractor in Perth has appointed us to source a Lead Contract Administrator for a recently awarded $21m new build mixed-use project comprising of apartments, retail, gymnasium, restaurants and offices space. Other sectors this contractor operates in are education, retail, health, defence and aged care, majority ranging between $5 – 80m.
Office based and reporting to senior management, you will be working around highly experienced Tier 1 & 2 team members, using state of the art systems and procedures, working collaboratively towards the success of yet another iconic building project which will be a great addition to your resume.
Working in a great team environment which has a family feel to it, a recent staff survey indicated that 80% of their staff recommended working there and over 25% of their staff have been there 5+ years with many 10+ years’ service. This highly reputable and professional Tier 2 Contractor will provide a CA with a lot of structure, support and career development in this “job for life” culture.

Minimum criteria for the Contract Administrator:
  • 5+ years experience as a Contract Administrator or Quantity Surveyor for a Building Contractor
  • Experience working on commercial building projects > $10m
  • Tertiary Qualified in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management
  • The right to work in Australia
