Have you recently graduated with a Degree in Construction Management and Economics?
The Company:
A highly successful Tier 3 Head Contractor have appointed us to recruit a Graduate Contract Administrator / Estimator for their Perth office. This company has a fantastic reputation in the Perth market from both a client’s and employee’s perspective, being an employer of choice. Their work consists of commercial building new build, fitout and refurbishment projects within industrial, office workspace, child care, F&B and hotels with project values $500k – 15m.
The Role:
This Graduate Contract Administrator / Estimator role is a hybrid role consisting of contract administration and estimating so this will suit an up and coming recent graduate in Construction Management and Economics who is looking to progress in a role that has a lot of variety to it.
The be considered for this Graduate Contract Administrator / Estimator role your resume MUST demonstrate the following:
  • recent graduate with a Degree in Construction Management and Economics in 2018, 2019, 2020 or 2021/22
  • commercial building experience advantageous
  • Procore or CHEOPS experience advantageous
  • Be based in Perth now
  • The right to work full time, Monday to Friday
Salary guide: circa $50k + Super
