FIFO Site Administrator / Mobilisation Coordinator

We’re recruiting for a FIFO Site Administrator / Mobilisation Coordinator on a 2/1 roster for a live Rio Tinto project in the Pilbara for a multi-national construction company. This blue-chip organisation employs over 200 staff and turns over $300m+ and have a live/awarded project in hand.
   
The project:
Rio Tinto are expanding an accommodation village from 50 rooms to around 300 rooms, total project value is circa $30M. 11 hour days, all meals, accommodation & flights are supplied. The project is to be completed by the end of the year where you can take up a Perth based role or another FIFO role.
  
Duties for the FIFO Site Administrator / Mobilisation Coordinator:
  • Onboarding/Mobilisation to Rio’s processes
  • Ownership of Manning Roster
  • Daily Force Reports for Rio
  • Daily Collection & Compilation of Manhours
  • Assist Weekly Progress/Project Reporting
  • Assist Monthly Progress/Project Reporting
  • NAV experience – not essential but desirable
  • Taking Minutes of Meetings
  • Misc / Adhoc duties as and when required
  
You MUST have the following minimum experience to be considered:
  • Previous Rio Tinto experience
  • Previous Rio Onboarding/Mobilisation experience
  • Previous FIFO experience
  • Perth or Pilbara based
  • The Right to Work in Australia
