As an award-winning, national and multi-disciplined infrastructure contractor going through significant growth with an exciting portfolio of projects on their books, our client are proud providers of contracting services to the public and private mining, resources and infrastructure sector across multiple states.

About the Opportunity
Having recently been awarded a major >2 year infrastructure project on a multidisciplined road upgrade project in the Perth metro area, this is an exciting opportunity for a Document Controller with a strong background in civil or construction to join a long-term project in the Perth metro area. You will be based at the project office near Osborne Park, and hours are Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm.

The Document Controller will be accountable for:
  • Support the review, approval, distribution of new and revised controlled and uncontrolled project documents
  • Ensure current versions of documents are issued to project parties
  • Responsible for document retention, retrieval and filing of the project documentation
  • Work Directly with internal customers, stakeholders and external parties to support day-to-day controlled  document requirements
  • Oversee and Maintain Hard Copy Project Files
  • Commitment to Health, Environment & Safety and Company best practices
Our minimum requirements for this role are :
  • Previous experience in Document Control Role
  • Training in Document Control Fundamentals
  • Experience with MS Office, and SharePoint
  • Infrastructure or Construction Project Background
