Digital Marketing Coordinator
- WA - Perth
- Permanent / Full Time
- $85 - 110k package
Our client, a boutique property development company has retained us to source a Digital Marketing Coordinator with property experience for their Perth office. Their main focus is on the ‘owner occupier’ apartment market within mixed use developments and they have developed several large scale high-rise apartment developments in Perth. With over half a billion dollars on the books, they are one of the largest privately owned property developers in Western Australia.
Tasks & responsibilities of the Digital Marketing Coordinator include;
All Digital and Social Media coordination
Create, execute, and monitor paid strategies to drive conversions in paid digital channels, e.g: Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Google, Display Adwords, LinkedIn
Manage Search Engine Marketing (SEM) and (SEO) and Google Analytics including campaign optimisation, budget management, bid adjustment, performance analysis, campaign development, advert testing and reporting
Input various marketing initiatives into the CRM and track cost / sale ratio
Update website with updated images via the CRM, SEO inputs and other design elements
Produce graphic designs for Social Media platforms, websites etc, sign posts, hoarding & print media
Minimum experience required of the Digital Marketing Coordinator;
Salary guide $85 - 110k package (commensurate with experience)

- Qualifications: TAFE or similar certificate
- Minimum 2+ years’ experience in digital marketing with some property sector experience
- Programs you should be familiar with: Adwords, Google Display Network, Search Engine Optimisation, Adobe InDesign, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, WordPress Web
- Experience working in either property sales, property development, construction or real estate
- Right to work in Australia
- Perth based or enroute within 4 weeks
Salary guide $85 - 110k package (commensurate with experience)
