Design Coordinator / Project Coordinator - Perth

We have been appointed by a reputable Tier 2 Building Contractor in Perth to source a Design Coordinator as a new member to this growing team. With an initial focus on the front-end stage of D&C projects, you will design manage projects across commercial, mixed-use apartments, leisure and hospitality sectors. The Design Coordinator’s initial project will be high-end luxury apartments towering 20 stories with a value of $95m in a sort-after water view location.
  
Working in a dynamic team under relatively young management, this company has zero micromanagement. In return, the staff who work here uphold high standards and don’t tolerate incompetence in their teams. For an opportunity to work in this fantastic company that is clearly going places, the Design Coordinator needs to satisfy the following criteria:
  

• 2 - 15 years commercial building experience with Head Contractors
• Recent new build Head Contractor project experience, values $10 – 100m
• Tertiary educated – Architectural, Engineering or Construction Management Degree
• A Project Coordinator looking to become a Design Manager will also be considered
• In Perth or enroute within 4 weeks
• Australian Working Rights
