Contracts Specialist/ Senior Contracts Administrator - 6+ Month Contract

• Immediate start for experienced downstream Contracts Specialist (Construction)
• Immediate Start Available – Perth CBD
• Monday – Friday 6+ months (possible permanent role)

About our Client
As a well-established multi-disciplined civil contractor, our client have developed a strong portfolio of clients across government and private sector clients which has seen them deliver D&C, JV and Construct Only projects across the state.

With a busy workload on existing projects and setting up new projects, we urgently seek an experienced Senior Contracts Administrator/ Contracts Specialist for an immediate start on a 6-month or longer assignment.

** Our client has indicated, they may also need a permanent Senior Contracts Administrator so we welcome inquiries on that basis.

About You:

• Degree in Construction Management or relevant qualification/experience.
• Substantial experience in medium to large construction/ infrastructure projects over $30M
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and influencing skills.
• Independent decision-making and reasoning abilities.
• Demonstrated leadership in driving results through effective teams.
• Proven ability to perform under high-pressure situations.

Key Accountabilities

• Subcontractor management
• Manage Variations and simple contract amendments
• Contracts administration and Claims Management
