Contract Administrator - Darwin

A reputable Tier 2 commercial building contractor with over 50 years in the game and an exceptionally strong financial balance sheet, have appointed us to source a Contract Administrator for their growing NT business. This is a strategic decision to hire another Contract Administrator due to numerous recent project awards! The goal is to promote this CA into a Project Manager role in the future.
  
Projects consist of new build and refurbishment upgrades to mostly defence and government projects from $5 – 50m with the majority being $5 – 15m. We are looking for a driven, energetic Contract Administrator who has excellent communication and contract admin skills, someone who can take ownership of their own project commercially. This Contract Administrator role will suit someone who wants to feel valued working in a small – medium sized team and who is looking to progress in their career into Project Management in the future.
  
To be considered for this role you need to satisfy the following minimum criteria:

You MUST have recent building experience on projects $1m – 100m
You MUST have longevity served in employments
You MUST have recent experience working for the Principle Building Contractor
Ideally tertiary qualified
Defence experience advantageous
The right to work in Australia
   
Salary guide $120 – 140k pkg (commensurate with experience)
