Client Side Project Manager - Global PM Consultancy

A global client side Project Management Consultancy in Perth is growing due to continued success and hence is recruiting a Project Manager for their PM Division. This Project Management organization is looking for someone with a tertiary qualified background in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture or similar and you would have experience working on Building projects for Project Management Consultancies and be looking to progress your career with a value adding consultancy. The sectors that this consultancy operates in are; Commercial Office, Retail, Resources, Government & Defence.
As the Client Side Project Manager you will be representing a client and be involved from the initial conception, feasibility, strategic planning, approvals, development applications, appointing and overseeing the design consultants, design reviews and management, appointing and overseeing the Principle Contractor, dealing with all contract administration and following the project through to a satisfied completion for the client. This Project Manager role is client facing; you will liaise with Stakeholders, State Government, Environmental Bodies, Local Council, Engineering Consultancies etc and you will need to build a rapport with your client and stakeholders.

- Min 3 years experience in commercial building or fitout
- Client-side project management expereince
- Excellent communication and administrative / reporting skills
- Perth based or enroute
- Tertiary qualified in construction, engineering or architecture
- The right to work in Australia
