Client-side Project Director

Infracon Australia has been retained by a client organisation itself to search and select a Client-side Project Director. In this role you will be responsible for the delivery of multiple commercial building projects in WA which run for the next 3-4 years, directing your team to successful and timely project outcomes.
As an outcome focussed Client-side Project Director you will be responsible from concept, through procurement, design development and execution of various projects over a 3-4 year lifecycle. Focussing on procurement strategies/models, programme management and internal reporting will be key areas to success in this role, including management and driving all parties to achieving the expectations of these projects.

To be considered for this role you must have:

  • 15+ years commercial building experience
  • 5+ years in a Project Director role on the client side
  • Recent client-side project management experience, min 5 years
  • Tertiary educated
  • Strong reporting experience
  • Strategic project direction and procurement strategies/models experience
  • The right to work in Australia
  • Perth based
Positions are offered on an initial 12 month fixed term contract, with an option to extend another 12 months.
